The same can be tracked by means of a weighing machine.
After having jotted down the goal, which is now specific and the ways to measure its success, the goal becomes more realistic. Attaining it is now just a matter of putting things in place. Finding the fitness centre that would suit you, enrolling in the centre and paying the required fees are steps that need to be taken in order for the goal to be attained.
It is important to note that goals should be realistic. While it is a good thing to dream big, setting unrealistic goals that are beyond our capacity would only make us more demotivated. Also, goals should be set such that you work towards achieving them.
