Sensors, which are based on a white dashed line and the autonomous Rapid Rail Transit in China safely travel on that line. The train can 300 passengers and has space in the combination of bus and train.

China is one of the most developed countries in the world. The engineers are especially interested in innovations in local transport. Now a combination of bus and train was presented, which can drive autonomously. Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit (ART) is the new means of transport, as the state news website Xinhua.net reports.

The CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., is about 30 meters long and can carry more than 300 passengers. After a 10-minute recharge time, the “Smart Bus” can travel 25 kilometers with a speed of up to 70 kilometers per hour.

In addition, ART does not need any rails. Instead, it is based on built-in sensors only on a white dashed line on the ground. This is also the decisive advantage of this new type of track.

The construction of a metro including rails costs between 400 and 700 million yuan (52.29 million and 91.5 million euros) per kilometer. The construction of an ART costs only about 15 million yuan (1.96 million euros).

“There is a huge demand for urban transit systems,” the company said. One reason for this is the steadily growing urban population. The first real use of ART is planned in 2018 on a 6.5 kilometer stretch in Zhuzhou, north of Hong Kong.

Your idea is promising, and I think about it too. But you have to consider so many aspects that can’t allow this idea to be ongoing. What have characterized a third world country? well, it´s known that a third world country belong to that kind of ignored, exploited and despised as the third state, which also want to be something. In spite of that these countries have been named by thoses who dominate the economy, mostly of the fault is on the same third world country. We know that this term borns during the Cold War because these countries were the ones in which economy was the misery and poverty. But we have the read more about the history of these countries to know that the wrong politics and economies have been situated in them and the worse development have been done by the hands of their societies and goverments (talking about Latin America, Africa and a part of Asia). So, considering this we have to question, how can we expect to have a high technological innovation in a country where the oil industry is a disaster, where the economy is falling down, where the main resources are in shortage, where the corruption is incessant. How we can expect breakthrough technology in a country where the technological industry doen’t exist?

The ART can be counted as a breakthrough in digital transformation because of its many credits. Its ability to be charged means that its a means of transport that does not emit poisonous gases to the environment , also through this technology comes a solution to a permanent solution to constant repairs on roads and rails and hence no more potholes to the roads . In a road to discover the smart city such innovations like the ART should be made to improve lifestyle of people and digital empowerment to the youth. However discoveries also come with its own share of problems which also need to be highlighted just as the two sides of a coin
